Friends of ours own this townhouse. They've been trying to sell it, but haven't had any luck. So for the same rent we're paying now, we're going to upgrade to two stories, three bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement, two bathrooms, regular sized appliances, a driveway and garage, a front porch, and a back yard!
